Thank you for your feedback, Sandra. The Gusseted Soft Plush Stomach Sleeper Pillow is intentionally designed with a gentler loft and softer fill to support stomach sleepers. A thinner profile helps keep the neck and spine properly aligned when sleeping flat on your stomach.

If you are looking for a fuller or firmer pillow, one of our side or back sleeper styles would be a better fit, as those are designed with more density and lift. The pillow you received is functioning as intended; it simply may not match your preferred sleep style.
