Lovely but misleading-was not 14K gold

Box that arrived said the earrings were 10K. I called for assistance and an explanation but customer service was very confusing. They are still a lovely pair but this was misleading.

Very bad quality they sell you for 14k and actually when I get home I said 10k I feel cheated it was for my daughter they should not do that to people.

Just to clarify it is 10k gold. The earrings are pretty, but not as advertised.
