Fits beautifully, but back straps closure is bad

Fits beautifully but hooks on back closure are impossible! I had to send it to the tailor to alter, so I would be able to get in and out of the dress.

RIPPED & BUSTED

My daughter fell in love with this dress for prom when she tried it on at the Macy's in Westfield Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, CA. The problem was that there was only 1 of the dresses left, and the dress was falling apart: literally, the seams were ripping. The salesperson offered us two options: a small discount on the broken dress or order a new one from the website to arrive just in time for prom. The dress arrived quickly to our relief. However, on the day of the prom, my daughter went to put the dress on and realized that we had been sold & sent (and paid extra for expedited shipping) THE RIPPED & BUSTED FLOOR MODEL SHE TRIED ON IN SAN JOSE. It made literally no sense to sell us the same dress we turned down buying for a discount in person, only to pay more and have no time to acquire another dress. I'm so disappointed in this lack of customer care and service.

Poor quality

Beautiful dresss, flattening fit, but poor quality Snags/pills all over on the fabric. Can't believed I received a dress in such poor condition. Im returning!

Poor quality

Poor quality. Snags/pills on the fabric. The fabric on the fastener in the back was 3/4 coming unsewed. The fabric in the back was coming unsewn at the hem. It was frustrating to receive a prom dress in such poor condition.
