Emeril Laggasse Forever Pans

Absolutely great pans. EL Forever Pans have great heat distribution and are easy to clean. My husband, who is the cook in the family, swear by these pans. They come with flat lids, which is another plus and stackable.

Hot handle—no and yes

It works well. The pot’s handle stays cool while the lid’s handle get hot—too hot to handle without without gloves.

Replaces my cast iron skillet!

I hated the way my cast iron skillet was so heavy and hard to clean I saw that this was oven safe to 500 and dishwasher safe. I tried it out on a Dutch Baby and it was more than perfect!!

Lifetime Warranty

Seems ok. Has a lifetime warranty. Never EVER never use COOKING spray on pans. Ever. It will ruin them. Also, dont scrub them with soap and water. Boil water to get cooked on junk off or leave it sitting in water for a a couple hours. This pan does feel pretty good and looks great. It does not have a cheap light feel to it like I suspected it would. If they dont honor the lifetime warranty then I would file a warranty claim with your credit card.
