For small busts only

This dress was very cute and flattering but the material didn't have any give - the waist was fine but my 32 DDs did not fit, not even with a prayer. I would probably have to size up to a medium to get it to fit there, and then the waist would be too big. Bummer!! Really liked it. For reference, I am 5' 3" athletic build, about 115 lbs.
