Product good, packaging damaged (online order)

Scents are nice. Packaging came damaged and was not acceptable to give as a gift so I repackaged it and apologized it wasn't nicer or more official. I had it shipped.

Shipping is unreliable

I never received the item. I should have received it before Christmas to give to my son. I called Macy’s twice and they kept promising that it would arrive on time, until this day December 31st, I have not received my item or my refund.
