I have tried to reach out to the store and no one answers the phone in any department, I returned one coat in person that was delivered damaged and the last two I ordered has came apart in the armpit area , he’s a very skinny child and these were for school use only and wasn’t abused at all the coats are horrible , I live 75 minutes away from the closet macys and to keep returning the coats is a nightmare, please help me out
