GOOD DESIGN BACK SUPPORT CHAIR

The chair arrived with visible damage, likely caused during transit when the heavy box was dropped. As a result, a couple of the wheels would not fit, making the chair unusable. I contacted Macy’s Customer Service immediately. They said they would reach out to the supplier, but so far there has been no response or resolution from either Macy’s or the supplier. Extremely frustrating experience, especially given the expectation of quality and customer support from a retailer like Macy’s.

Disappointed

Either they sent me the wrong chair or this chair does not recline like stated. Also makes a loud pop noise every time I sit back. Cushion on seat quickly becomes uncomfortable. Overall a bid disappointment.

Not suitable for petite women

This chair was not what I was looking for. First the 4" thick cushion and high-density sponge felt like it was only 2”. It wasn’t comfortable to sit on for 6 hours. The adjustable ergonomic back rest was suitable for a person taller than me. I’m petite 5’3” tall and my lower back didn’t even reach the bottom of the back rest.

Ergonomic chair

I gave it a poor review because as I was assembling the chair I noticed a tear/whole on the upper part where the head rest is and I reached out to Sugift to see if they can send replacement of the part only with no response.

Office Chair

Excellent chair for a home office! The back support really helps with sitting for long hours. The bottom is wide and the arms raise up and down and they adjust.

Repeat Buyer

Was looking for a second office chair and didn't hesitate to buy the same brand again, this time the mesh version. Due to back issues, I can have a hard time finding a chair with good support for 8 plus hours a day that this chair provides, it's easy to assemble, the price is reasonable, it's not oversized and fits perfectly at my desk. I like the flexibility of the armrests and convivence of headrest. I find the backrest lumber support excellent.
