A reason to wake up in the morning
I purchased the Espressione Concierge Elite in Diamond White from Bloomingdale’s, and it has completely transformed my coffee routine. The sleek, modern design looks beautiful on my counter, and the Diamond White finish gives it such an elegant touch. It heats up fast, brews rich, smooth espresso, and the frother makes perfect foam every time. The touchscreen is easy to use and lets me customize my drinks just how I like them. Cleanup is simple, and the overall build feels high-end and durable. I’ve tried other machines, but none have matched the quality and consistency of this one. If you love great coffee and stylish design, this is the perfect upgrade — it truly brings the café experience home!

Do not buy. Bad product. Bad customer service
Save yourself a lot of trouble. This is a poorly designed product, with terrible customer service. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from. The unit sprays grinds all over inside. Grinder gets stuck out of position. Bean tray sensor goes off after every use, even after I clean it with a paper towel, which was their fix. 3 months old. To make use of the warranty I would have to ship the unit across the country to the east coast at my cost. Not worth it if the same thing will happen. And they know it.
Terrible espresso machine - started leaking water
I was really happy when bought this, but I should have read the reviews - this machine started leaking water 13 months after I bought it and judging by the reviews on the web it’s a problem with all of them what a waste of money!!! DON’T buy this product!
Had this for 1 year strong
Just buy it, you wont find a machine that saves you time and makes this good of coffee. I've tried multiple automatic espresso machines this one does the job, makes coffee perfectly as you'd get done manually but without the hassle. The taste is perfect and consistent every single time, It's super well engineered, with less moving parts and simple and easy to clean. My past machines were Breville, Terra Kaffe and Nespresso pods but this by far is the best of all of them.
Broke in 3 months
This machine is cheap. It broke in less than 3 months of use. Customer support has been useless. Don't waste your money on this.

Effortless perfection!
We’ve had this machine for over 5 years now. We love it! Aside from the aesthetics which compliments our kitchen beautifully, this machine makes an effortless quality espresso. We love the ability to make multiple shots at once as well as the americano setting. This machine creates a beautiful “crema” like you would find at a cafe in Italy. If you want more water no problem just add more using the water setting. The built in frothier is also a nice touch. Best of all the clean up is quick and easy! No fussing with messy grounds anymore. I can never go back to using another machine! Highly recommended !

Ten out out ten would recommend
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to for this beautiful machine. It’s fast, easy and the coffee comes out tasty and hot. I usually do two espresso shots, froth some milk and make easy cappuccinos. I’ve had a few friends already buying it bc they love the taste & simplicity of this wonderful machine! Definitely recommended
