Love the advanced night repair serum, but not this
I love Estée Lauder's Advanced night repair serum. Never have had an issue. But this eye gel-Creme gives me significant dermatitis. I have tried it multiple times, hoping that it was just a coincidence. But I did a trial of it one last time where I used no other products on my eye area, and it had the same reaction. Red, scaly, and itchy/stingy. The inflammation does indeed make the wrinkles around my eyes appear worse which is not ideal! Hopefully will resolve in a few days with aquaphor and a good barrier repair cream.

Best eye cream EVER!
I love the texture and feel of this. It is not too thin or too thick. Does not feel heavy. Sinks in but you can still feel the hydration hours later. I have only been using for one week and I immediately seen a difference! Does not irritate my eyes. My under eyes look so smooth. I am 59 years old. I use it day and night. I will never be without this now! Worth every penny!

Just buy it...
Face is so hydrated and plump after use. I also will derma plane my face and then use the mask to reap all the benefits.

Do not purchase - totally caused significant irritation
I have used rodan and fields eye crème forever. I switched and tried using this and it has completely irritated both under my eyes and eyelids, huge red circles and puffiness. It's burning and drying, flaky, itchy. I have not been able to wear anything on my eyes for days and the only thing bringing some relief right now is aquaphor and Vaseline. I have NEVER EVER had a skin reaction like this before. I don't have sensitive skin whatsoever. I am seriously concerned about being able to get this under control and it has made my upper eyes significantly more wrinkled. I just purchased a whole bunch of edge lauder and am now worried about all of it as a skin care regimen.

Super Itchy Eyes
I am a very faithful user of Estee Lauder products and have been for years. I used this serum, or one very like it, a few years ago with no issues. I was super excited to get a sample of it in a gift bag after I ordered another product. I am not sure if the formula has changed or not, but this time around I had a completely different experience. A few hours after the first time I used it, the skin around my eyes started itching and burning so intensely and I immediately had to wash my face with cool water. It took all my willpower to not rub my eyes. It has been a couple of days and I still have very itchy spots, I'm starting to get bags under my eyes, and the skin still feels like it is burning. I am very disappointed in this product because I really do enjoy using the other products.

Do not buy
I tried this product multiple days and every time my eyes felt like tiny needles were injecting into them and put BIG dark circles and lines making me look very old. I am 27. My eyes burnt intensely so I stopped using it. I thought maybe my face wasn't moisturized enough, but sure enough it was and many others have had this same reaction, only I stopped soon enough to not have the worst reaction. My sister on the other hand, did not. She looks horrible, is miserable, and her eyes are so swollen she cannot barely see.
