My skin felt softer, but not in a bad way
This made my skin feel softer, and the weird bumps on my chin line aren't noticeable to me. I use it with Nighttime Bounce. I would recommend this even if I hadn't received it free

LOVE the product, HATE the bottle
This is an amazing product and I totally am in love with how it has helped with my redness and has improved my skin, in conjunction with the Advanced Night Repair. BUT, I completely HATE the bottle! :/ The bottle is way too skinny to be that tall....or it's way too tall to be that skinny! It's very easy to accidentally knock over. I had only used 1/4 of the first bottle that I purchased when I accidentally knocked the unscrewed bottle over and it tumbled off the vanity and onto the floor, immediately spilling all of its contents (the liquid is quite thin). I was heartsick because of how expensive it was. But, I forged ahead and purchased another bottle. I was doing very well being extra careful until tonight I had another little disaster. I bumped the bottle and it went sideways onto the vanity where I was able to immediately put it upright again, and only spilling out a small amount. But still, that was wasted product. :( PLEASE consider re-designing the bottle to be more stable. It's an elegant bottle the way it is designed, and easily identified as different from Advanced Night Repair, but to me, functionality and safety are more important than an elegant design. :)

It's very gentle and really helps calm the skin.
I received the full size as a gift with purchase and tried it for the first time, and it worked amazingly well for calming my sensitive skin. It's more lightweight and gentler than the Advanced Night Repair serum, so I ended up using it quickly — and I repurchased it during the Black Friday sale!

Nighttime essential
I received this product for free from Influenster and Estée Lauder in exchange for my honest review. It has such a luxurious feel – it's lightweight, silky and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. After the first few uses, my skin felt smoother, more hydrated and had a subtle glow by morning. With continued use, I noticed that my skin looked more even and plump, especially around areas that tend to get dry or dull. It layers beautifully under moisturizer and makeup, and a little goes a long way. Overall, I'm really impressed with the texture and results. I'd definitely recommend this product if you're looking to boost hydration, improve texture and add radiance to your skin. It's a classic for a reason, and I would consider purchasing it once I finish this bottle.

Miracle in a Bottle!
Bought this at the recommendation of my local Estee Lauder consultant to help with my sensitive, rosacea skin. My skin LOVES this serum, and it has pretty much cleared up any red rosacea spots. I still get an occasional one, but it fades away quickly. I use it morning and night and am already on my second bottle and will be buying more. Even though the cost is high, it saves money in the long run since I don't have to keep buying prescription medication for rosacea. Plus, the bottle top is a dropper that dispenses just the right amount of serum which helps keep you from using too much. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Did nothing for me
I was a faithful user of the Intense Reset Concentrate. It was a fantastic product with noticeable results after each use. This is one of the worse replacement products ever. The consistency is like water, and it did absolutely nothing. Didn't help with redness, skin texture, or anything else. I'm only glad that is was a freebie as a GWP promotion and I didn't actually pay for it. Debating whether to try and use it up or just toss it in the trash. Not sure why EL continues to change things and discontinue products. This is just another example of EL getting rid of a product that worked great. Guess my pocketbook is happy because it's one less thing I'm buying from this company. Down to using only two moisturizers after using multiple products through the years.
