I used all types and sorts of chapsticks and lip moisturizers with no luck. So I took a chance on this conditioner. It really helps my dry, chapped lips. And I don't have to apply it as often. The case is pretty and has some weight to it too. I have already ordered another one.

if you live where its dry this is a must

I live in CO. and my lips are always dry this helps so much.

Not worth the price

I typically stan Estee Lauder products so hard, but this lip conditioner just is not that great. The packaging is beautiful, and is probably the reason it is priced so high. The conditioner itself is nothing special. Petroleum Jelly works much better and is a fraction of the price. However, once I am finished with the conditioner, I plan on reusing the tube, as it is seriously that cute.

Not As Promised

I haven't noticed any improvement in moisture on my lips with this product. What I don't like about it is that I wear a lip stain which rubs right off on top of this. I've stopped using it.

Glad I got it

I was on the fence about this due to mixed reviews but am very happy I purchased it. It is a great lip conditioner, providing moisture and making your lips smooth and creamy. I don't find it drying at all as others suggested. It lasts a good while and it doesn't make your lips feel chapped around the outside as some balms do. It's the best conditioner I have tried and I will def. be purchasing again.

Poor quality

I have been looking for a lip conditioner ever since my Carmax lip balm is not doing its work anymore. I have been shopping for lip balm, moisturizer and condtioner and when I found Estee Lauder Lip Conditoner, I immediately jumped to try it. But at my very first use of using the Estee Lauder Lip Conditioner, it dried my lips instantly and whatever moisture I did have in my lips was gone. I then tried Estee Lauder Pure Envy lip balm and I am very happy with it. It gave moisture to my lips especially as time went buy and it has a nice subtle sheen to it. I love it that I want to get another one to have one at home and one in my purse.
