Completely ineffective

You have to have an Estée Lauder sharpener for your Estée products. I used my last one for years and needed a replacement. This one looks exactly the same, but didn’t work…at all. Lip and eye pencils spun around and never sharpened. I missed the return window, Am confused…maybe I just got a defective item. Estée Lauder products are typically so good.

Terrible Sharpener

The worst sharpener ever. Totally eats up the eye pencil. Such a waste money.

Pencil Sharpener doesn't sharpener 😩

I was so excited to upgrade my pencil sharpener game only to be disappointed. This pencil sharpener doesn't sharpen AT ALL...and yes, I was attempting to sharpen Estee Lauder pencils, as advertised.
