Maybe it helped a little.. no significant changes

I used 2 times a day until the bottle was empty. Not much change at all on the back of my hands. Hopeing to fade the sun.spots

WORST EXPERIENCE

The worst. I love Estée Lauder, but I don't love the way Macy's handled the order. I received HALF A BOTTLE and the stopper/spigot was cracked. I called and spoke to a Mr. Roddy - a supervisor in the U.S. - who told me I didn't have to return it and Macy's would send me a gift certificate for the item price. I've made SEVERAL calls and Macy's has informed me that indeed there is a note from Mr. Roddy indicating that Macy's will send a gift certificate. I'M STILL WAITING. I've been a lifelong customer and my mom and grandmom before me. Increasingly disillusioned by Macy's. No wonder so many stores are closing and they're fighting off hostile take-overs. FAIL.
