Bought by mistake, I thought I was buying the foam cleanser and when i realized, it was too late to return. So I got stuck with two, gave one away. I decided to try it. I put it on my face and massage then I try to rinse. With water doesn’t take make up off, you have to use tissue to remove all the residue. It’s very moisturizing, that’s great. But for me it doesn’t work.. if you want a cleanser to remove the make up with water, get the foam cleanser. That one works great.

I find I need more of this than the traditional sudsy cleanser, however it is worth the extra peas size because my skin feels clean & fresh while not feeling stripped of oils and crispy dry! This is how my skin should feel after being washed!

I love Estee Lauder products, I have used them for years! I am older, so my skin is more dry than oily. This product works perfectly for me. It doesn't dry your skin out, it's moisturizing. And your skin feels clean and soft after using it! I never break out and my skin has never reacted to it. I have had trouble with other products in the past!

It's lathers up so much . It smells like soap. Takes alot of water to rinse off. Does this have sodium laurel sulphate / soap in it? I would really like to know as I can't find it in the ingredients but I can't understand how it lathers and smells just like a thick soap. I'm reluctant to use it even though I have about 20 tubes as gifts with purchase unless I know for sure it's free of soap ingredients

Just a little water added to the cream and it cleans my face totally and my skin feels so soft

I love this product - it's the only one that does not dry my skin while cleansing. Other products make my face feel uncomfortably dry.

This is my all time favorite cleanser. It lasts a long time so it's great value. I use it morning and night. I have very dry skin so follow it with EL day and night moisturizers and eye creams
