So mad, macys sent an unsealed product with powder all over the box.
Not worth it!
Not good! It had already been opened and used.
Sloppy packaging
Powder found all over inner packaging, I was sold what appears to be returned, damaged goods.
SO DISAPPOINTED
With the Estee Lauder White Linen Body Cream discontinued, I was happy to see that a body powder was available to purchase on Macy’s website, which I did. However, when it arrived I took it out of the shipping box and saw glittery powder covering all over the outside of the Estée Lauder box, which immediately got all over my hands and clothes. I didn’t open the container because when I put it down on my counter glittery powder POOF everywhere. NO WAY would I put this glittery powder on my body. It would get all over my clothes… again.
Promises
When I placed this order on Dec 16th I was told the item would be delivered by Dec 23. However, this gift arrived Dec 30th which is seven days after it was promised to be delivered. Any other time of year that might not matter but at Christmas it really does matter. I n ordered it because it is my mother in laws favorite. At 93 I feel bad she had to wait that many days for her Christmas gift to arrive.
Product Great! Macy’s terrible.
The White Linen powder was great as usual. It was package somewhat poorly and some of it spilled on the floor when opening. Also, paid Macy’s for express shipping to get by Christmas and they lied about what I paid for.

One of The Greats
White Linen is one of my all-time favorite EL fragrances! I really wish they would bring back the body lotion, bath & shower gel, and dusting powder because they were all fabulous products that enhanced the fragrance experience.
