Beautiful ring poorly packaged and shipped

The ring is beautiful and of very good quality, but I’m very disappointed with Macy’s lately and how there’s not a lot of care involved in shipping/handle of the products they sell. This ring came not in a box, but inside a tiny ziploc bag carelessly thrown inside an UPS plastic envelop with a receipt and shipped to my home. This is not the first item shipped like that. I have received other rings and earring in the same manner. What’s going on, Macy’s?!?!?

my fav evil eye ring

I love the infinity evil eye wrapped around the entire band. It’s subtle and doesn’t draw too much attention. I have it in gold and it has not faded. I got it in January and take it off before applying lotion so I take good care of it. I also love rotating it around my finger while I fidget.
