Doesnt turn on

Doesn’t turn on. Tried unlocking child safety, changed the outlet. So disappointed.

Disfunctional

There is a lock function that does not work. It locks automatically and then will not open when you hit the unlock button. It would start running if you try to lift and force the door open.
