I thought new formula was counterfeit
I've used this for many years. I was devasted to purchase a large bottle of what I thought was drugstore conditioner in a Fekkai bottle. It doesn't have the color, fragrance, consistency or quality of the prior product. As others mentioned, I can't even brush my hair after using it. The concept of leaving it for 2-3 minutes to resolve the fact it's awful, is laughable. I'm devastated-searching for an alternative brand that works like the old formula. Wish the brand cared about pleasing existing customers rather than trying to cater to some purported future customer that demands a "cleaner" product.

I miss the old formula.
This conditioner used to be the best on the market. This one is like a lotion. Not too hydrating. I need more. Disappointed.

Our cleaner formulation in the current Technician Color Conditioner has a light consistency. We recommend leaving it on for two to three minutes as you would a mask to provide deeper hydration.

Can't believe the size and the cost!!! Just out of the shipping box and just about fell on the floor!!! Won't be purchasing this mini-bottles again, don't care how well it works. Half the size of what it used to be. So sad...

Same as the shampoo, this does nothing other than clean my hair. Nice texture, smell is fine, but it's just a conditioner that doesn't do much. It doesn't do anything bad either. It's just ok.

New formula is terrible - Fekkai in rear view mode
Watery and thin. May as well use a 99 cent Walgreenbrand it's so awful and cheap feeling. Dries out my hair and it looks and feels like straw. Previous formula included grape seed oil, and I bought both the shampoo and conditioner for years.
