Dreadful since reformulation!

This shampoo and conditioner was amazing years ago! Left my hair silky, soft and smelling gorgeous…. With this new formula my hair feels like straw! Can't even comb through. The planet may have benefited but your customers' hair definately has not. Horrendous reformulation.

This is a staple in my hair care for 30 years!

I receive highlights at the Fekkai Salon at The Mark Hotel in NYC and have been using this product since my going to them when they were in the Chanel building in the 90's. It is a wonderful product.
