No merchandise

I ordered this lounge set on dec 12 and still haven’t received it yet!! It’s a Christmas gift for pete’s sake!!! It doesn’t look like it’s being shipped at all. I want my funds back from Macy’s since they cannot deliver your gifts in time for the holidays!! Terrible
