Fabulous Fiestaware

Broken

After having a bad experience in the main store, returning a coat went across the mall to the home store bought some fiesta wear bowls and the cashier put them in a bag that didn’t support them and they busted and broke all over my driveway. The store manager reached out as a result of the negative review and she was no help whatsoever and I’ll do all my shopping from now on online and not give that Store any business. The bowls themselves are beautiful though, and I love my Fiestaware dishes.

What happened to service!

I picked up my bowls at the vintage faire mall. I was handed the two bowls stacked on top of each other. No padding or tissue between the ceramic bowls. Then she turned to next in line. No bag or offer of a bag, no tissue or padding either. What has happened to Macy’s? They used to set the standard for service, no it seems like they are competing with big lots for customer service. I can now understand why they are closing stores.

This is the perfect size for soups. The regular cereal bowls are a bit small and have to be refilled often.

Fiesta does not dissappoint

I bought these American-made bowls because they happend to be on sale and they go well with my other Fiesta collection colors. They're chunky, substantial bowls that are excellent for soups and just about anything else. I got their Twilight blue color, which is nearly indestinguishable from Fiesta's earlier Cobalt color. Wonderful quality all the time.

broken into many pieces

bowl was received broken I to many pieces. the rep stated the was zero reason to return, now it states they want it returned. ridiculous the bowl was thrown away based on conversation with rep. it appears they are refusing to reimburse for a broken bowl
