This store has issues and has for years.

How can I write a review when I have not received the items i ordered? I paid for second day shipping five days before Christmas and here we are on December 30 still waiting. I had in store problems last year with this same location. Countdown clock saying you still had time to get things before Christmas was showing six hours left.
