Beautiful Bowl

I broke a favorite red bowl and replaced it with a red Fiesta Bistro Bowl. This is a beautiful bowl especially in the bright red color. Love buying something so nice that is made in the USA.

Incompetent shipping process

There was a problem when I received a notification that an item I ordered had a ship date one month prior to the order date. Sure enough, when a notification said it was delivered, it was nowhere to be found. I won’t order from Macy’s again.

Disappointed

I can’t give a review on the bowl but I can give a review on shipping speed. Today is December 23rd and I have yet to receive the bowl that I ordered on December 11th. The delivery time was 3-5 business days which was plenty of time for it to be delivered before I leave town today for the holidays. As of today it has been 8 business days. I will have to find a different gift and save this for a gift for another occasion as I will be gone for 2 weeks.
