One bowl arrived broken and I reached out to ask how to get it replaced. That was almost a week ago and I’ve not heard a word. I’m sure I’ll end up having to carry the pieces to customer service to get this resolved. I do like the bowls that arrived whole.

Broken plate

The plate was broken as if it was thrown against a wall. Also the plate was not properly sealed in protective plastic.

Beautiful colors!

I bought 2 of these just last week. I absolutely adore Fiestaware and Macy’s always has a fabulous assortment of styles and colors. My table is quite colorful with all my different Fiestaware dishes and serve ware . They suit my eclectic fun and whimsical style !

My first Fiesta dinnerware purchase

My experience at Appleton Macy's was excellent. I purchased Fiesta ware including the Dinner Bowls online with Craig's help. They were shipped with care and arrived timely. I love the sky blue color and the raised rim making them perfect for a large serving of carbonara.

Could be packaged better

FIRST of all I have no complaints on the brand FIESTA. I love all their products. My negative review is with Macy and the people who work for them in packaging. I ordered these plates to be gifted and before I even opened the box I could hear the plates could be broken. I opened it and sure enough they were shattered. The way they were packaged was very inconsiderate. The box was not even labeled FRAGILE. Now I have to wait for a refund . So disappointed
