Wanted to love it but… it makes my face hurt

I was really excited about this product, but it makes my face feel like it’s burning. I know I’m supposed to stop using it immediately but I keep thinking that I just have to get used to it. I came onto the site to see if anyone else has had this issue, and they have. I guess I have to find a new moisturizer …. Btw though, the FIrst Aid Beauty cleanser is my favorite. And I just bought the Glow drops. I want this to be my Hail Mary brand but… yeah, definitely not the Firming cream.

Changed Formula. So disappointed.

I was about to buy the jumbo until I saw that they had a “new and improved formula” and decided to compare my current firming cream with this new formula. Man, they changed a lot. They removed green tea extract and licorice root extract. Both which kept my dark spots from getting out of control. Why they removed these ingredients baffles me. I’ve been a customer for years and now have to go find a different moisturizer. I’m heartbroken.

Causes skin peeling! Beware!

I usually use FAB ultra repair cream for my body and also the face lotion. I figured I'd give this a shot and used it after applying the face lotion (and letting it absorb). It ended up making my neck peel like it was a sunburn! Other people seem to use it without issue, but make sure you test patch it before rubbing it in all over.

Great nighttime moisturizer

I've been using this at night for several months now and have noticed great improvement in my skin. I'm in my late 40s with very dry, and prone skin. This is one of the few moisturizers I've tried that Hydrates well and doesn't clog my pores, it actually seems to help clear out blemishes

Please Consider Alternative Packaging

I bought this cream yesterday and accidentally dropped it from about hip height today. The bottom completely fractured and shatteres and the only thing that held it together was the label. I can't use the cream or scoop it out into another container because there are extremely small shards of glass in it. Please consider different packaging. I love sustainable options but this glass seems exceptionally fragile and it adds a lot of bulk and weight that seems unnecessary. Just bummed because this product is not cheap and I can't use it.

Formula Change?

I am now on my second jar of this cream and the 2nd jar seems to be a thinner, less dense version of the original, almost like it's whipped. I reached out to confirm if there had been a change a got a vague non definitive answer. I loved the first jar, second jar is ok. Not sure I'd repurchase.
