Limited stretch and runs small. It’s too small for my 1 1/2 year old grandson. Very nice and soft material. But if your baby has long arms and a little belly I would go up in size. I would recommend but be careful of the size

Do Not Buy

This shirt (and coordinating pants) claim to be velour, but they're not. They are thin, the "velour" is neither plush nor soft. I was so disappointed with the quality that I am returning this outfit. Even after buying it on sale, I would never gift this to my grandson. Hard to believe Macy's carries something so shoddy.
