Left ear bud not working from the beginning. I wish I would have read further the reviews. The only reason I purchased them was because my husband has the same Beats Pro fit and he loves them. I tried returning them and macys in store refused to take them when the returned instructions state to take them in store for refund. I don’t want them anymore I don’t want to replace them either. I just want my money back. The seller is a third party vendor and now I’m waiting for a response from the vendor. Never again will be I purchasing from a third vendor such a bad experience.
Left ear did not work
Just received it today. The left ear didn't hear anything, even after multiple resets and re-pairing. The charge of the left was very slow. It is still 79%, after the right ear and the case are 100% for many hours. The warranty time indicated on the Apple shows until 1/16/26, although I just placed the order on 12/10/25. Apple has one-year standard warranty on this product though.

I've now purchased 3 pairs of the Fit Pro earbuds and the left earbud does not work on every single pair. I looked online to find some solutions or at least some explanations and found that this problem had been reported up to 12 months ago (June 2024) with no known fixes. It's hard to believe that a reputable brand like Beats would sell batches of faulty earbuds - and no, unfortunately, firmware updates did not fix the problem. I sent them back.
Frustrated
I cannot rate the quality, because I was not able to use them... I tried all the tips - I could NOT get the earbuds to stay connected to my android phone. They stayed paired as long as I left them in the case - maybe they work better with I-phones.
2nd Return
I always believe in giving people a second chance. This was supposed to be through Macy’s and I feel like these ear beats are refurbished. Because this is the second pair, I’m sending back. Each time, one of the sides of the ear beats didn’t work. And we even tried to troubleshoot with the company and they didn’t have any idea how to do it
Frustrating
I just received this today and one of my buds is not working. I've done all the troubleshooting I can find online and it doesn't work. I waited a week for this and it is very frustrating
