Macys Lied
I ordered a pair of pants on 4/28/25 which were delivered on 5/6/25. They were very much lighter weight than I expected from the picture and description. Because of the lighter weight, I did not try them on until warmer weather in June. I had hoped that I could wear the 36x30 instead of my regular size of 36x29. I couldn't wear them w/o stepping on them so I began my return only to find out I had missed the return window (30 days). The packing slip said I could return them and said NOTHING about a time limit. The Macy's agent stonewalled me with their "policy". It's hard to believe that Macy's would rather lose a lifelong customer rather than make a one-time exception.
