After an initial hiccup with the machine not starting and stopping properly I have found the device to be very helpful. I use it 2-3 times a week. RF level 2 on face and 3 on neck and the EMS on level 3 or 4 as it can sting a bit. After 3 weeks my skin feels significantly firmer more hydrated and smoother. It also looks a little lifted along the jaw line which is one of the main reasons I wanted it. I will persevere in this area . Today I used it on my 89 year old mum and it might just have been the massaging effect but she looked brighter and smoother and said her cosmetics went on better. I'm 60 and not a good candidate for cosmetic surgery and find these devices very useful in helping me look my best. I dropped the star for the initial problems. I have a fair number of FOREO products and its interesting to watch them develop their product range. I think a similar device to the FAQ102 but supersized for the body would be great. Especially for people who have a little excess skin after weight loss.

A good choice for a very complete device
I have been using the FAQ 102 for a few weeks. I have mature skin, and it took a few weeks to start seing results, but now my skin is more compact and clearer. My cheekbones are more defined, and the wrinkle between my eyebrows is less noticeable. The device is very flexible with RF, EMS and LED. It is lightweight to hold and easy to use with the app. I would like more pre-set treatments. Now even if you buy the premium plan you get just one extra treatment (and you have one for free). It not really good value for money for a paid plan… Be sure to use it with P1 serum, it is really perfect for the treatment.

I got this device for my birthday and I wasn’t a believer, but it proved me wrong after about a month of doing the treatments. I can feel and see that my skin is tighter and it somehow feels like it is boosted on a deeper level, no more dullness, no more super deep wrinkles. I can honestly recommend it, especially because it is really easy to use the app is very user friendly!

Un appareil adorable. Il utilise une technologie qui combine l’EMS, les lumières LED et la radiofréquence. Il n’y a rien de mieux pour la peau. Je l’utilise au moins 5 fois par semaine et les résultats sont très satisfaisants. Ma peau n’est plus relâchée.

My skin feels firmer
From my experience, I can say that my skin texture has improved significantly. Fine lines appear reduced, and my skin feels firmer. The device is also super easy and pleasant to use, which is very important to me

Nice unit
Purchased a month ago seems a good quality product, if it lasts the two years then it will be. Is it making changes to my skin, maybe incrementally. Nice slim product easy to handle, several settings to target various skin issues.

Great little RF device
So far I'm really enjoying the FAQ, it's easy to use and clean. However, it's too early to see any results yet.

I bought this item 4 weeks ago. I was looking for an RF-device and did some online research first. Eventually decided to buy this item because the treatment time is so much shorter than all the other devices (in the same price range) I looked into. This probably has something to do with the large application head of the device, compared to other devices. You don’t really need the app to handle the device, except for getting the settings wright when you first start using the item and later for turning the pro mode on. The device is very user friendly, once you get the settings wright. Upon the first use I noticed my pores looked much smaller, a healthy glowing skin and a better complexion overall. After a few weeks of usage the results keep getting better, including a more defined jawline. Even in the morning before my skincare routine my skin looks great. I can’t wait to see what will happen when I continue the treatments for a longer period of time.
