Advertised set of 6 and sent 1 plate

I received 1 plate instead of 6 as advertised. 3 times returned and 3 times received just one plate. I’m done. Not recommended

Purchasing Warning: False Description as Set of 6

This says it is a set of 6 and it is only sold as a single platter/plate. I ordered 4 sets of 6 (a total of 24 platters) and received 4 platters. Customer service noticed the error and resent it to me, but I again received only 4 platters. So I now have only received 8 platters while ordering for 24.

The picture is deceiving…

It looks like ceramic but it’s actually plastic. Very disappointing. The return label costs $9 and now I am stuck with this plate.

What a Mess

Was supposed to receive a SET of 6. Opened the box and there was one plate inside. Have now had multiple talks with "Customer Service" who said they would refund the amount and NOT to send back the one plate because the warehouse would not understand the situation. I now keep getting emails saying I will be charged again because the "set" of plates was not returned. Tried to speak with someone in management and could not. Have now spoken with 5 different people and I am nowhere.
