Way to small

Bowls are extremely small, I overlooked their capacity. I was looking for more of a small cereal or soup bowl. The are very shallow

Too Heavy!!!!

The plates are gorgeous but far too heavy. I had ordered enough for a set of 16. It is not sustainable to stack or carry them out to dine outdoors. It was a deal breaker. I returned. Also, the small bowls are sooo small and way to shallow. I over looked the capacity. Definitely not for cereal, maybe a few berries.

Disappointed

Two out of the four arrived broken. They don’t put bubble wrap in between the bowls like they should to avoid breakage. I reached out through customer support and still no response. Very disappointed in macys.

Shipping Damage

The plates themselves are nice, but shipping broke most of my first order. Re-ordered went very smoothly. Second order had damage also. Do not order dinnerware online is the lesson I learned.

Bowls Nice, Customer Service Not

I ordered 1 set of the Fortessa bowls (4). Overall, I really like the bowls. They are versatile and add a different dimension to my Noritake Colowave everyday dishes. I gave this 3 stars as the bowls were packaged poorly and 1 bowl arrived shattered. I contacted Macys and the policy is either I get refunded for the 1 bowl OR I send back the entire set in order to receive a new set. I really just wanted 1 bowl reshipped. As it’s not worth my time to ship back the entire package and essentially be entirely wasteful as those 3 bowls would be shattered in the reship process, I opted for the 1 bowl refund so now I have an odd 3 bowl set. Just a goofy, non-customer service friendly policy.

Beautiful Natural Looking Plate

Beautiful dishes. Perfect for lunch, a side dish, appetizer. Good weight, lovely glaze. Dishwasher safe. However avoid putting them in the microwave. Stoneware will crack if it overheats.

Beautiful!

These plates are beautiful! It makes every meal feel special even leftovers. I wanted something that was durable and chip resistant. Since these are used in restaurants, they should hold up.
