Purchased as a gift for my husband. Looks good and he likes it so far.

Embossing was not straight. I cannot get anyone to help at customer service. After 10 minutes it always seems to "accidentally disconnect". Leather seems cheap and not the same quality as it used to be.

Great design of the sliding feature to make it easier to access ID. A little disappointed that the thread inside of the wallet is already loose after a few days of use.

Order was marked delivered but I never received the item. Predatory scam.

The product came in a tin that was very smashed. The product itself is nice, it did seem to have some imperfections, like faint lines/creases that were not a part of the stressing of the leather, but I figured it's going in a pocket and will continue to get more of those marks, so it's fine. I do really like the style of the wallet. The insert fits the necessities and the larger wallet is perfect for the contents you do not need on a constant basis. I was worried about the insert slipping out but it does not appear to be an issue.
