Jolie crossbody bag

I absolutely love this bag. The colour mink is a deep, rich, brown. Plenty of room in the bag for everything you need to carry. I really like the pocket in the seam of the bag to put my cell phone in and secure it with the snap provided. Absolutely worth the price and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Fix the hardware on the strap!

Looks like it's not just me having trouble with the hardware on the strap. The bag is great, but I cannot use it as a crossbody anymore. And it can't be fixed. So disappointing, the whole purpose of buying the bag and the matching wallet was that it was crossbody. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift.

The strap

I received this beautiful purse last Christmas as a gift.I use it all the time. Just recently the hardware on the strap broke and now I can't use it as a crossbody. I wish can it fix because I absolutely love everything about my purse. Looked for a replacement strap, but unable to find one. Because it was a gift, I do not have it registered and not sure I will be able to have it repaired.

Peeling

It's been over two years and both the shoulder strap and the magnetic pocket are peeling off. I've taken great care of it but now I don't know what to do nor why it happened. I never expected this to happen when it's supposed to be leather and supposed to last basically forever.

Saw it and had to have it !

So I saw this lady standing in line, her purse caught my eye, found it online and haven't been disappointed. Very roomy and cute. I didn't see this in the description but there's a hidden pocket on the outside, it's perfect for me to hold my readers! I love everything about it so far.
