Wrong shoe sent - unacceptable and unfortunate

I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping and received this item on time however instead of the Franco Sarto pumps received a pair of cheap On 34th heels in FS box. This is really unacceptable as I leave the island tomorrow and cannot return in time -

Beautiful shoe- walk carefully

They were a tad tight so I wore them with socks around the house to stretch them and now they fit perfectly. The toes are pointy and the color on one toe is white so I must have worn the leather when I bumped it somewhere ,looking for shoe polish to touch it up. I am disappointed in that. Otherwise they are beautiful.
