I purchased a pair of wedges a couple months back for travel to S. America. The heel was same as the boots. Even with extensive walking, the shoe was really comfy. I'm considering the boots, as I really like the look. The company does have Poor customer service and given the number of reviews not recommending due to poor quality, I'm still undecided. I rated a three to balance the poor customer service experience and the pleasing shoe I purchased.

I bought the silver pair, they come just as pictured but the shaft of the boot is made out of a thinner material so do not expect them to be a sturdy material. However that also means that they hug the calf, which was the look I was going for anyways. The thinner material worked out as I had to squeeze these into a carry on travel duffel bag and they fit with pretty minimal damage, some of the seams look a little more worn because of this but everything is still in one piece. The only thing is that because the shaft is a thin material and the actual shoe part is sturdy there is a somewhat awkward shape made in the back near the achilles where it goes from the sturdy heel to the shaft with the thin material that covers the calf but it's not really noticeable, it's just me being picky. Overall great pair of boots for the price.

Macys customer service is the worst ive seen in years. The size 6.5 pair of boots i ordered were not delivered. Instead i got a size 11 brown boot. Then the expect me to correct their problem. To the lady that lives in Alaska that didnt get her boots... did you hapoen to get mine?

There isn’t enough space allowed for your calf. They’re almost too tight to zip up. The material is somewhat stretchy so if you like them tight they’re fine.
