Metal fastener and bar issues

I've only worn these navy colored loafers once, and the metal bar fastener has popped off. Now the bar has been dangling. So very disappointing! Now I'm questioning if I made a mistake buying both pair, the black and the navy.

The shoe cut me!!

I can’t believe that I have a bad cut on my foot from wearing this shoe. I purchased it a month ago and finally wore it to with yesterday. I could barely make it through the day. I was limping by the time I arrived home. The shoe kept rubbing my ankle as I walked and it sliced and cut into my ankle. I’m hoping they accept the return as I already threw away the box. Please save yourself the pain that I’m currently feeling. The shot looks busy but looks sure very deceiving! I wish I could add a picture of my damaged ankle which will take days to heal.

No larger sizes

Throughout the whole collection there are NO large sizes. It’s just a waste of time if you’re a 12.
