Clearly worn then returned

Boots are super cute and exactly what I wanted. However, they have been worn and returned. Residual adhesive from stickers on the soles has accumulated hair not belonging to me. This is not a product defect but one of Macy's.

Gorgeous and comfortable!

I absolutely love these boots. They are very elegant mid heel boots, good quality leather and very comfortable. I always struggle with knee high boots because they tend to be very tight in the ankle and Calf. This is the first pair I didn’t need wide calf and could wear them straight from the box.

Beautiful but flawed

Beautiful boots but both pairs I received had small bald spots in the suede. After the second pair I wanted to switch to a leather option but the only exchange option was the same pair. I have other shoes from here that I love, I just won’t be buying their suede.
