Never received - order cancelled twice!

I ordered this item as a gift on Dec. 10. UPS tracking says the package was delivered on 12/20 but it definitely was not. I ordered a replacement to be delivered 12/24 but my order was cancelled by Macys. I ordered another replacement on 12/23 for delivery on 12/29. Got another email from Macys that the order was once again cancelled. This was supposed to be a holiday gift - very embarrassing and awkward.
