Disappointed

Never received items. Shipping tracking information changed daily and the shipment was eventually cancelled with a note to contact Macys for a refun (seems like Macys could have contacted me if item was not shipped). Chat was not helpful. So, I'm out items and have yet to see refund.

Never received my shipment. Order was shipped, lost, and then cancelled by Macy's because exact items were no longer available. Subsequently place another order for similar items at higher price. Very unhappy. I place large orders of specific Frango Mints every year for my employers and family.
