never again

I ordered this January 15 and still not here January 31 and after checking tracking not even close. When I ordered delivery was suppose to be 3 to 5 days, what a joke. This was part of my daughters birthday present . I will not make this mistake again.

Other occasion to buy:The Frango Chocolates 1 LB Milk Mint Box of Chocolates were delicious.

Better the second time around

I purchased Frango, dark chocolate mints on December 9th, 2025 as a gift. When my wife opened the mints, she said the taste was off. I looked at the date, and the dark chocolate mints were best buy, May 2025. I took the expired mints back to Macy's and exchanged for the mint box of chocolates. They are delicious. The Macys staff was excellent, and took care of my issue.

Customer Service is Horrid

I ordered 10 boxes of Frango online on December 10th. Order status remained "processing" for days after the order. Customer service "could not" cancel the order. I ended up purchasing in the store. Received and email that said that delivery would be December 24th. One day later received an email saying that items were out of stock and they were happy to provide me with at 25% off coupon. (for items that were 50% off originally.). Frangos out of stock? Bizarre. Time to find a new holiday gift for friends.
