Should read Juniors not Women’s!

These are small. I’m a 16 women’s and these in a XL didn’t go over my knees. Cute but too small.

The best swim shorts!

I’ve had these in size small from years ago and they’ve held up well. I bought a small and thought they were maybe slightly tighter or maybe it’s me. I then tried a medium and it fit more comfortably on my waist and didn’t feel too big. So both work for me, medium gives me less of a muffin top. I believe I am 29 to 30 inches in my waist and my hips are 37 inches. If I gain weight it’s in my waist and not hips. I’ve tried other swim shorts and think these are the best.

Not curve-friendly — roomy waist, too snug at the

I was really excited to try these Free Country Bermuda board shorts, but unfortunately the fit just didn’t work for my body shape. The waist felt noticeably loose, which made the shorts slide down easily, while the hip area was too snug, making the fit feel tight and uncomfortable. The result? The shorts didn’t sit right—they either gaped at the waist or clung uncomfortably at the hips. If you have a more hourglass or curvy figure, I'd recommend sizing up or considering a different style with more flexible or curvier-friendly tailoring.

Love these shorts. I wear them to swim laps. Soft material. Drawstring at waist keeps them secure. My new go to swim shorts. I have them in both blue and black.

Not chlorine resistant

These swim bottoms are ok . . . For one season of limited use in chlorine. You'll have to buy a new pair for season two because they disintegrate after one summer.
