Runs very small

I usually wear a 26 to 28 with no problem at all— this was in between an supposedly relaxed fit — could not even pull over hips!!!!

Runs super small size up 2 sizes

Super small - I’m a 29 in everything except Free People. I can’t even get it past my hips. Ridiculously small. Not worth doing an exchange the material is rough and feels cheap.

size is below belly button.

I normally wear a 29 no problem. But I could barely get these buttons. They ride below your belly button so more on your hips. The 29 is actually with the pant measures. However, doesn’t sit on my waist. It sits on my hips. they’re lovely pants. There’s no stretch to them at all but they’re nice and heavy and perfect for winter. I’m gonna order them in a larger size maybe two sizes up.
