Cute but received damaged

The hat seems fine. The mittens are very cheaply made. Threads are sticking out. Very disappointing

Cute hat, but…

The hat is really cute, but they should have strings. The hat totally doesn’t stay on with the child's silky hair and we have to keep pulling it down all the time.
