Unacceptable Quality Control

This item came damaged as the box is also part of the collectible. You should never send an item with crushed box. To my disappointment, there is no option to return the item. 🤨

very disappointed

I ordered two online but when I received my order, I was so disappointed, the boxes are all smashed up. Whoever did the shipment, did not do a good job. They just put ithem in a plastic bag for shipment and not in a box, no protector. Lousy job! I returned the items to the store. Just wasted my time.
