Never got it

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST HORRIBLE AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING OR DOING I NEVER GOT MY ORDER I CONTACTED MACYS ON CHAT AT 12/12 TO GET THIS ANSWER FROM A REAL PERSON ''IF YOU DON'T GET BY 12/10, LET US KNOW. HELLO, IT IS 12/12 WHEN WE TALK! THEY KEPT ME 30 MIN TELLING ME '' I APOLOGIZE'' WAIT..AND THEY DON'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. WHAT A SHAME OF WHAT MACYS HAS BECOME OF!
