Waste of time and money !

Wasn’t clear in the description that the shoe I was purchasing was a Wide - it did not give me a selection or opportunity to choose a medium width so I thought that was what I was buying. You need to write out WIDE so the customer understands. What an inconvenience! It couldn’t let me cancel the order when I realized 2 hours later. Customer service was TERRIBLE and absolutely no help at all. I felt like I was talking to a robot. They could have cared less about my feedback I had to wait until they were delivered to return.
