WHAT HAPPENED TO THE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY I ORDER

Placed a large order for delivery to my kid's home. It included 2 mattresses and a bed. The order was for white glove service. A rep from Macy's called me prior to delivery and confirmed the white glove service for the bed and mattresses. The bed was shipped UPS and the box was left on the front door- no white glove! The mattresses were delivered separately- with white glove. Macy's split my order and did not advise they would remove the white glove service on the bed which we needed brought in and set up. When I chatted and called Macy's no department could help, would transfer me to another dept who could not help and then offered to pick up the bed which was a birthday gift to my granddaughter. Talk about BAD all around service and experience on this purchase. I'm still holding waiting for a supervisor after 1 hour and I have been a Macy's customer for over 20 years .
