Buyers Beware

I LOVED my new boots but they were too bulky Upon returning them, Macy’s cashier snapped, Where’s the box? I had the return information. She yelled, You need the box! Then shouted, YOU CAN’T RETURN DIRTY SHOES! WE WONT TAKE THESE! When I spoke she dismissively snapped- BYE GOD BLESS YOU BUYERS BEWARE

Cheap looking

I was so excited to get these until I opened the box, please, don't waste your time or money on these boots. They are the cheapest looking fake leather that have an awful smell. I'm so disappointed in these boots. Terrible

solid but stiff booties

I like these booties. Solid built. They are stiff and for my size 7 to wear slouchy socks, very tight. W/O socks, about right feeling. The zipper is hard to use; it doesn't zip up or down smoothly. I haven't worn them since delivered but have tried them on twice to make sure if I'll keep or return. I think I'll keep. They just need some stretching. One other thing, either the sole or whole shoe states made in China. Overall, they were on sale and good price at the time I got them.

Runs small

I love these boots, just got them. Unfortunately I have to return them. I got the 8.5 M and with regular sock, they are way too small. I suggest getting a 1/2 size bigger. Bummer they don’t have any in 9.
