Shape of holder on the stand for the pot

The pot does not sit sturdily enough on the holder. It slips around if I’m not careful to put it right in the center. The ridges of the ring where you set the pot need to be higher.

Bad Choice

Warm coffee is all it heats up to, poor quality warming plate and therefore the pot never heats up the coffee. Now you have to pack it up and send it back what a disappointment.
