beautiful ring! The quartz crystal is clear. The silver is very sparkly. It's not too big or too small although it's more of a statement ring. Great value for the money on sale. If you like clear quartz I highly recommend. I bought the necklace 2 years ago and that's just as beautiful.

Macy scammed me

I made over 5k is purchases lately. I send a 4 items back due to fitting and defect in jewelry. They scanned two of 4 items back and expecting me to return the other items when they were in the same box same return slip. I have called customer service numerous times and all the Indians that answered the call knowledge they understood the issue and assured me that they would submit a claims and refunds and still nothing. The most recent agent placed a whole new order and now I have two of the same things pending a return to be received- she order and submitted a refund on her end. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed and upset because there is nothing that’s being done after calling so many times. Now I have more return which I’m afraid to send back and have to find times or days off to take to mall. I please for them to investigate the person recovery the return to be looked into because items were high value and they lost it.
